I just passed out again... I aint eating no more. I've already eaten like a pig... good thing Im used to blacking out.

  1. Are you blacking out for a few minutes or passing out for a long time? If you are, when you do eat, you should probably make sure it's mostly protein/fat. (fat isn't always a bad thing on a pro-ana diet, in fact it could probably help you if you eat fat instead of carbs)

    I think you're just straddling the underweight line at 5'10 and 125 pounds, so since you don't have a lot of body fat for your body to burn off for energy, it might start to get tough here.

    I said earlier you should eat fat and protein instead of carbs, this is because it could induce ketosis, which is where your body goes into a hyperactive fat-burning mode to make up for the lack of carbohydrates.

    So when you do have to eat, instead of crackers or whatever, eat peanut butter or drink milk. Sometimes I have a protein supplement in the morning. I can send you a link to some 100-calorie protein bars if you need, though I don't know where you'd find them in the US. You may have to order.

  2. Thank you for the advice! And its just like I get dizzy and cant see and have to either sit, or i fall down just for a few seconds, nothing I cant manage. And i have a lot of belly fat... unfortuanately, but anyways. I can tell you did some research. Thanks again I'll try that next time it starts happening. And I cant order stuff, but next time I go to the store I'll try to find some.
