Tomorrow is the end day. I did lose some weight, but not what I hoped (because I failed and didnt fast the whole time.). I'll give you some numbers.
Weight today- 130lbs. (shame)
GW (for the 8th when I come back from vacation)- 125 (needs to happen)
I made a goal card and stuck it on my wall so I wont forget or let myself get out of control again. I am in control and I will make it. By the time school starts I want to be at most 115. 110 would be amazing though and is my ultimate goal for now. I can do this. The first few days of not eating is hard, but it gets better. Everything eventually gets better. Just like my body will.
