So, I have pretty busy and hungry. I ATE. I was planning on not eating at all today, but that did not work out at all. I did run a bit on my treadmill though. To make up for the last two days of eating I'm not going to eat at all until Saturday when I plan to weigh at most 125. I have gotten my mouth and mind in sync now. I do want to be skinny. I do want to look good, I do want to be healthier. This will happen. I will make it happen, but im not alone... I have Ana.
